Biography

I am currently an Assistant Professor at School of Software Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai, China. Before that, I was a senior researcher at SenseTime Research, working on machine vision solutions for mobile devices. I obtained my Ph.D. degree in Electronic & Computer Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2018, under the joint supervision of Prof. Khaled B. Letaief and Prof. Gene Cheung. I received my B.Sc. degree from School of Electronic Science and Engineering, Nanjing University in 2012. Furthermore, I used to be a visiting student at National Institute of Informatics, Japan, supervised by Prof. Gene Cheung. I have collaborations with Prof. Antonio Ortega from the University of Southern California, Prof. Michael Ng from The University of Hong Kong, etc.

Research Interests

My research interests include graph signal processing, graph-based machine learning and their applications for the processing and analysis of structural data such as 2D/3D images, traffic data, etc., as summarized below. Research interest
